Collection and Delivery

Failure to collect products within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation and no refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard bakery items can be cancelled up to two hours before the scheduled collection time for a full refund. Custom orders including wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and specialty items require minimum forty-eight hours notice for cancellation. Cancellations made after these deadlines may incur charges. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within seven business days. Products that have been customized specifically for your order are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the product.

Food Safety and Allergies

Our bakery handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with serious allergies should inform our staff before placing orders. We provide ingredient information to the best of our ability, but formulations may change. It is the customer's responsibility to check ingredients and suitability before consumption.
